We would like to let all our members know our Annual General meeting will be held at 19:30 on Wednesday 19th May 2021.
Agenda for the meeting:
- Recieve and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st August 2020;
- Review the Directors’ report
- Appoint/reappoint Directors to the board;
- Transact any other business as required
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the challenges it presents with both travel and social distancing, the meeting will be held online.
